Founded in 1950 and then constituted by a family nucleus,. Lima Vanzeller & Leal, Lda. is, at the moment, a medium-sized company in the cork business with almost 50 employees whose activity is guided by the increasing quality of its products.
In 1983, Lima Vanzeller & Leal Lda. becomes administered by Leal’s family only, maintaining and further driving all its primary goals: to offer all customers the highest quality products while meeting the strictest requirements and standards, and adapting to the challenges that are posed.
Throughout the years, the company underwent frequent modernizations, continuously guided by a policy of sustained growth.
As a result of our quality and continuous improvement policies the company obtained the Code of Cork Stopper Manufacturing Practice (ICSSMP) certification in 2001, as well as the ISO 9001 certification in 2014, adding value for our customers and providers.
